Welcome to Home Style Saturday! Wow, we finally hit 500. According to my calculations, HSS has been a part of StoneGable and, hopefully, your life for over nine and a half years. Every week, we have searched the best of the best of our archives, polished them up and shared them with you.
And Home Style Saturday continues to be one of my most-read posts week after week. This series started as an idea of five blogging friends, Ann from On Sutton Place, Lori from Designthusiasm, Rhoda from Southern Hospitality, Janet from Shabbyfufu, and me. All of us had hundreds, if not thousands, of archived posts that were still helpful and relevant, and we thought our readers would still enjoy them. So, Lori came up with the name, and Home Style Saturday was born. The faces have changed a bit, and new blogs have replaced those who retired from HSS to persue new interests, but the heart of this series has stayed the same. Home Style Saturday is your weekend decorating and lifestyle magazine.
