CULINARY CORNER: Easy Parmesan Vinaigrette: In a blender, small food processor, or jar with lid, blend 3 Tbsp white wine vinegar, 1/3 cup extra virgin olive oil, 1/2 cup freshly grated Parmesan, 2 garlic cloves, 1 tsp Italian seasoning, pinch red pepper flakes, 1/2 tsp kosher salt, 1/2 tsp cracked black pepper, and 1 tsp honey until smooth. Adjust seasoning if needed. Serve chilled or at room temperature.
