Add 1 lb of Italian sausage, 1 finely diced onion, 1 finely diced bell pepper, 1 clove of garlic, 1/2 tsp salt, and 1/4 tsp pepper to a large skillet and cook over medium heat until the sausage is cooked through. Stir in 1 cup of pasta sauce and simmer for 10 minutes. Meanwhile, cut 3 zucchinis lengthwise and core out the flesh, leaving a 1/2-inch thick shell. Put them into a baking dish and brush them with olive oil. Fill the zucchini shells with the Italian sausage mixture, pour 1/2 cup pasta sauce over the zucchini dish, and bake for 15 minutes. Top with 1 cup mozzarella cheese and bake another 15 minutes until the dish is hot and bubbly. Enjoy!

ANSWER TO #7: A unicorn is on the Scottish flag. It’s also the Scotttish animal. A baby puffin is called a puffling. Now you know.
