Is it funny for me to say that it gave me satisfaction to know that I also implement many of the things you mentioned in my kitchen? I just make sense to me to leave the kitchen clean at night, and wake up to it fresh and ready to go. I also like to organize a drawer or do something along those lines when I’m cooking. Keeping some fresh herbs so handy it’s a great idea, and I like the idea of your knives in a Crock they look so good and are always right where you need them. Adding some color and such a great idea, thank you for all that you share. And I appreciate it!
