July means long, sunny days and dinners that are as easy as they are delicious. Garden-fresh veggies, ripe berries, and light, breezy dishes make mealtime feel extra special. This week’s menus are all about simple, seasonal recipes your family can savor. Whether you’re dining al fresco or keeping cool indoors.
Here’s what’s On The Menu for the week of July 21st:
There’s nothing better than a cozy bowl of White Chicken Chili on a busy day! This creamy, hearty recipe is full of tender chicken and mild green chiles. It is so comforting and easy, thanks to the slow cooker. It’s a true crowd-pleaser you’ll want to make again and again.

Here at StoneGable, we are such carnivores! And steak is our favorite!
Sirloin steak is a great choice when you are watching what you eat. However, it sometimes lacks that beefy flavor. Unfortunately, the flavor is in the fat!
Today’s menu plan from Judy at The Midnight Baker is infused with scrumptious flavors! Garlic, wine, and mushrooms are the perfect match for this steak!
I might switch out the dry wine and use Madeira instead. Oh, my culinary goodness!
Caramelized Sirloin and Mushrooms
Nani’s Sauteed Rice
Arugula Salad with Shaved Parmesan, Pine Nuts, and Lemon Vinaigrette
YUM! Salmon Cakes are on tonight’s menu. I’ve eaten them since I was a little girl. But these aren’t my mom’s salmon cake recipe. I’ve added a few ingredients that give them a luscious flavor, like onions, peppers, and herbs.
I still use canned salmon because they turns out wonderful! If you make one thing this week, make sure to try these!
We are having local corn on the cob with the salmon tonight. I take corn very personally! You can’t drive anywhere without seeing fields and fields of corn. This year, the weather has been perfect for corn, and it is so sweet!
Pasta is a frequent part of our weekly menu. Bobby loves pasta! Today I’m using a recipe from Marianne at The Pointed Kitchen! I’ll use all lump crab meat! I’m a crab meat lover, so I’ll probably treat myself to a little extra! Doesn’t this recipe look divine?
These homemade pepperoni pizza rolls are a fun and easy treat to enjoy all summer long! Soft, fluffy dough filled with melty cheese and savory pepperoni makes them perfect for picnics, pool days, or casual get-togethers.
Pepperoni Pizza Rollups
Caesar Salad
Sliced Garden Tomatoes
Trust me on this. Make lots and lots of this grilled chicken that’s on the menu for tonight!
Chicken thighs are our favorite thing to grill! They stay moist and juicy on the grill. This recipe is a winner! Thanks, Erin from Well Plated.
A Low Country Boil is the ultimate summer crowd-pleaser! Packed with tender shrimp, smoky sausage, sweet corn on the cob, and baby potatoes, all simmered together in a flavorful broth, it’s as much fun to make as it’s to eat.
It’s the perfect dish for gathering family and friends. You can simply pile everything onto a big platter (or right on the table, covered in paper for that classic, casual touch), and dig in!
Bright, bold, and easy to prepare, this one-pot meal brings all the best tastes of summer straight to your table.
Strawberry lemon pound cake is an easy-to-make dense, moist, sweet loaf cake. And all that deliciousness is topped off with a lemony glaze. Delicious as a summer treat or a company-worthy dessert.
