Seasoned Ranch Pretzel Bites

Crunchy, mini butter pretzels are tossed with ranch seasoning, herbs, and spices, then baked until crisp and flavorful. An easy make-ahead snack that is perfect for sharing or everyday snacking.

Ingredients

  • 1 12-oz bag of mini butter recipes
  • 1/2 tsp lemon pepper
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp dill weed
  • 2 TBS Ranch dressing powder mix
  • 1/8 tsp cayenne pepper omit if you don't like a little heat
  • 1/2 cup canola oil or popcorn oil

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 225 degrees. Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • Place the butter snap pretzels in a large mixing bowl. Add the lemon pepper seasoning, kosher salt, garlic powder, ranch dressing mix, dried dill, and cayenne pepper. Toss until evenly coated.
  • Pour the canola oil over the pretzels and stir until all the pretzels are well coated.
  • Spread the pretzels in an even layer on the prepared baking sheet.
  • Bake 30 minutes, stirring every 10 minutes, until the pretzels are crisp and evenly seasoned.
  • Remove from the oven and let cool completely before serving or storing.
