Easy Herby Chicken Salad With Lemon And Dill
This easy to make chicken salad is packed with crunchy celery and onion, tender shredded chicken, and fresh herbs, all tossed in a tangy lemony dressing. Perfect for lunches, dinners, or a simple appetizer.

4 cooked boneless, skinless chicken breasts, shredded or chopped about 2 1/2 lbs 1/3-1/2 cup red onions, finely diced 3 stalks celery, finely diced 1 1/2 cup mayonnaise 1/4 cup milk or buttermilk juice from 1 lemon about 3 TBS 3 TBS fresh dill, finely chopped 2 TBS fresh parsley, finely chopped 3/4 tsp salt 1/2 tsp pepper
In a large bowl, mix together the chicken, onions, and celery. Set aside.
In another medium-sized bowl, add the mayonnaise, milk, lemon juice, dill, and parsley.
Pour the mayonnaise over the chicken mixture. Add salt and pepper and toss.
Refrigerate for at least 1 hour or overnight before serving.
