Crisp Air Fryer Potatos

Golden crisp, potatoes seasoned with garlic, onion and Italian seasoning.

Ingredients

  • 1 pound potatoes Yukon Gold, white or baby potatoes
  • 1 TBS olive oil
  • 1/2 tsp garlic salt
  • 1/4 tsp onion powder
  • 1 TBS Italian Seasoning
  • 1/8 tsp cayenne pepper optional
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • juice of half a lemon
  • finely chopped dill, chives, and or parsley

Instructions

  • Wash and cut potatoes into 1- 1-1/2 inch pieces, leaving the skin on the potatoes
  • Preheat the air fryer to 400°
  • Add the potatoes, oil, garlic salt, onion powder, Italian Seasoning and cayenne pepper to a large bowl and mix everything to combine.
  • When the air fryer is ready, add the potatoes to the basket without crowding them.
  • Air fry them for 20 minutes, turning and tossing once.
  • Put the potatoes on a plate or in a bowl. Salt and pepper to taste. Squeeze half of a lemon over the potatoes and garnish with herbs.
