Crisp Air Fryer Potatos
Golden crisp, potatoes seasoned with garlic, onion and Italian seasoning.
Servings 4
- 1 pound potatoes Yukon Gold, white or baby potatoes
- 1 TBS olive oil
- 1/2 tsp garlic salt
- 1/4 tsp onion powder
- 1 TBS Italian Seasoning
- 1/8 tsp cayenne pepper optional
- salt and pepper to taste
- juice of half a lemon
- finely chopped dill, chives, and or parsley
Wash and cut potatoes into 1- 1-1/2 inch pieces, leaving the skin on the potatoes
Preheat the air fryer to 400°
Add the potatoes, oil, garlic salt, onion powder, Italian Seasoning and cayenne pepper to a large bowl and mix everything to combine.
When the air fryer is ready, add the potatoes to the basket without crowding them.
Air fry them for 20 minutes, turning and tossing once.
Put the potatoes on a plate or in a bowl. Salt and pepper to taste. Squeeze half of a lemon over the potatoes and garnish with herbs.
