This week’s Weekly Wednesday Wish List feels like that slight shift between seasons, when winter still lingers, but little hints of spring are starting to peek through. I’m so ready for spring! This week, you will find favorite styling moments, an easy decorating tip you can do in an afternoon, early spring finds for your home and closet, and a cozy recipe that is simple but company-worthy.
There are beautiful pieces for refreshing your rooms, small updates that make a big difference, a home hack you’ll want to remember, and even a reminder that comfort should always come first when decorating. Settle in with a cup of something cozy and enjoy. There’s something for everyone on WWW.

1. FAVORITE STYLING MOMENT: Once upon a time, Fitz and Floyd was a hot item in the world of home decor. It may no longer be a hot item, but I still love the pieces that I have and am thrilled any time that I have a chance to display them. I’m constantly perusing Etsy looking for more to add to my collection.
2. EASY DECORATING TIP OF THE WEEK: Refresh your home by changing out hardware on one small area such as a bathroom vanity or piece of furniture. New knobs or pulls are an easy update that adds polish and personality.
3. DID YOU KNOW: Did you know February is one of the best months to assess furniture placement? With windows uncovered and less seasonal décor around, it’s easier to see what feels off balance in a room.
4. FAVORITE RECENT PURCHASE: I love keeping my tea bags and coffee pods in a canister near my coffee pot. I have been on the hunt for blue and white ones, that had an opening large enough for my hand to go through forever and immediately ordered three of these when I found them!
From decor, gadgets, organizing, and needlepoint – check out all my favorite Amazon purchases HERE.
5. LOVELY LIVING AND BEYOND: Mend something instead of replacing it. Sew on a button, tighten a loose screw, glue a broken piece. Repairing what we already have reminds us to value care over convenience.
6. READER QUESTION OF THE WEEK: “How can I make open spaces feel warm during the winter months?” See #10 for the answer!

9. HOME HACK: Store cleaning wipes upside down Flip the container over once it’s opened. Gravity keeps the wipes moist so you don’t end up with dry ones halfway through the pack.

ANSWER TO #7: Today is Ash Wednesday, the first day of Lent. It starts a 40-day period to prepare our hearts and spirits for Easter Sunday. White, specifically off-white is the most popular color to decorate with. Now you know.
Happy Wednesday, friends…
