1.) When August arrives, and the days are getting shorter, my mind begins to think about fall. It’s a lovely time of year, so I’m celebrating by sharing over 75 ideas that provide endless inspiration. 7.) EARLY FALL FASHION FINDS:

I just got these slim twill cargo pants, and love them.

8.) NEUTRAL LAMPS: if you are wishing for a small update to one of your spaces, an easy thing to do is replace your lamps. Going neutral will allow you to move your lamps from room to room. This creamy white glazed lamp has texture and a perfect shade, this double gourd design is a great height, and I love the silhouette of this tall, slender modern lamp. This glass lamp is stunning and comes in 3 metal finishes, and this set of 2 rattan wicker lamps will also add texture and interest.

9.) RECIPES FOR LATE SUMMER: this tomato galette is the perfect way to enjoy tomatoes from your garden or the farm stand, this corn chowder is amazing when made with corn fresh off the cob, and you will never taste the veggies in this chocolate zucchini cake!

The full moon tonight is called the sturgeon moon, and it is also called a blue moon and supermoon. Very rare! It’s a blue moon because it is the third full moon in a season (summer) that has four full moons. And it is a supermoon because its approach is so close to the earth. Now you know.
