Baking salmon is so easy. However, salmon is best when topped with something. This salmon is topped with dill sauce and a tomato-cucumber salad. Oh, so yummy!
When my children and their families are here, Friday nights are pizza nights! My daughter makes the best homemade pizza dough. It’s not hard, but it does need a little time to rise. We start the dough early to let it rise and develop a lot of flavor.
We bake the dough on the grill and then finish it off with toppings in the oven. Tastes like a wood fire pizza!
