Happy December! With Thanksgiving memories still fresh in our minds, we’re now turning our hearts toward the joy, traditions, and beauty of Hanukkah and Christmas! Our family is kicking off December with the sweetest of events, a preschool Christmas concert. There’s nothing quite like the magic of four-year-olds dressed in their holiday best, singing beloved carols to sprinkle a little extra Christmas spirit into our hearts. However you begin this festive season, may it fill you to overflowing!

ANSWER TO #7: December’s full moon is called Cold Moon. Named by the Mohawk tribe as December is when cold air sets in. December’s birthstones are turquoise, tanzanite, and blue zircon. And the flowers are holly, poinsettia, narcissus, and orchids. Now you know.

  1. Yvonne, I couldn’t help noting that the double star wreath is from Terrain. I am so excited about visiting a Terrain store for the very first time today under the guise of a holiday lunch there with friends ;o)

    1. I love Terrain! Have you eaten there. Their hamburgers are the best I have ever had.
